Anirudh Som

Anirudh Som is an Applied Machine Learning expert with over a decade of experience developing machine learning frameworks across different application domains. Currently he serves as Vice President Applied AI/ML in the Payment Solutions team at JPMorganChase. Previously he was at SRI where he led R&D efforts for high-impact government programs.

Anirudh combines strong technical depth with practical execution, holding multiple patents and has published extensively at leading AI venues such as ACL, CVPR, and ECCV. Anirudh earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, where he was advised by Dr. Pavan Turaga. He is passionate about translating cutting-edge research into real-world impact.
